We believe in leaving a legacy for the kingdom of God.
What we now know as Freedom Church came to be because of the faithfulness, vision, and devotion to the kingdom of God a collection of families had in the early 80s. The dilapidated farm property at 2015 W Old Liberty Rd was encountered by those families who saw a great vision for a church to be located there. After considerable prayer and negotiation, seven families put their houses up as collateral in order to obtain a mortgage for the property. God’s faithfulness and provision prevailed in that time and so began Freedom Church.
Today, Freedom Church is a thriving part of the community that seeks to see the world know Jesus. The seeds planted by those families who faithfully walked in the call of God has since bore fruit many times over. That is the type of legacy we long to leave behind, one that glorifies God the Most High and seeks to advance the kingdom of God!
